Woke  up this morning a little late. Got my daughter up at 7:30 and she got dressed. She came downstairs and said she wasn't feeling good. She said her stomach hurt and her head and she felt like vomiting. I told her to go back to bed but she asked if she could take a jacuzzi and I said yes. I called the school and told them she wouldn't be in today. Today is report card. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

My husband came home yesterday morning at 10:15. I was so upset because I was making him lunch and it wasn't going to be done until 11. He only gets 45 minutes for lunch. He said that he wasn't busy at work and was hungry. It didn't go to waste. When he came home in the afternoon he ate the great meal I made.

I took pork chops out of the freeze yesterday but I think they are still frozen. He will probably end up eating the leftovers from yesterday or some chili I have in the fridge.

Spring is only 6 days away. You wouldn't know it with the weather man talking about a snow storm tomorrow. In parts of Illinois they are saying 5 to 7 inches. Where I live they are talking about 1 to 3 inches.

I really want to get my bird bath this year.I also would like 2 hummingbird feeders. Last year I wanted to buy them but my husband said that there weren't any in our town. So what did I see last year in our front yard. That's right, 2 hummingbirds. I think one in the front yard and one in the back. When I was at my sister's house in Tennesse you would see tons of them. They were so beautiful.

I am off to take care of my little girl.

I hope your daughter feels better soon and that you do get a bird bath this year too. We don't have hummingbirds in Montana, but when down in San Diego over Christmas, they have them and I forgot how beautiful they are.

Thank you for the lighthouses!! I love them!  I have wanted to start putting graphics into my journal, but haven't had the ambition to get that project going yet.
Hope you have a good night. Hope your daughter feels better, too. I know my girl gets a scratchy throat and she thinks that's reason to stay home...lol

I love bird bathes too - but it turns into a hot tub for the squirrels around here and they scare all the birds away.  Plus I can't have it clashing with MINGO.  <vbeg>  Glad I could make you laugh this morning - a day started with a laugh is always a good one!
Hey did you get into photobucket?
