Today we finally have sun. It feels like forever since the sun was shining.

My husband and I just took our walk. I can't believe I started sweating. We went for 30 minutes today and it felt good. I was walking briskly and my husband had to stop and look at this person's pond.  It was beautiful. They had so many fish in there and we also seen a frog. I just stopped for a minute because I wanted to keep walking. I love going with my husband but he is always stopping and looking. I am learning to just keep going and he can catch up with me.

After our walk he came home and made some leftover tacos. I had my spinach and garbanzo bean salad and a turkey sandwich on wheat bread. I am on my third bottle of water.

I have only drank 27 ozs. so far. I love my water but I seem to be having a hard time the last few days getting it down.

For a snack this morning I had a banana with some peanut butter on it. I don't think I could ever give up peanut butter. I haven't tried the natural or low in fat peanut butter. I might give it a try.

Well, I am off to go into the backyard and start weedwacking. I wish it was the daisies that grow instead of the dandalions(sp)

Glad y'all finally got some sun.
I would just love a pond in my yard.....but it seems like a lot of hard work putting one in.
You know I have always been a water drinker, until I realized that I needed to actually drink it! go figure.
Good going on staying on track Detjebea(I still can't pronounce that one, or remember how to spell it, in order to email ya...you are officialy my Dee)
Keep up the good work....it sooooo pays off!
I was watching Oprah yesterday and they said something about peanut butter not being as healthy as you would think...I ended up slathering some on a nanner before bed......I am such a rule breaker! I don't even care for the stuff. lol
