My husband came home for lunch at about 10:30 and we went on our walk together. It was great. We only went for 15 minutes but that is a start for me. I mentioned to him if we can walk when he gets home at 6:45 and he said yes. I have been here almost 2 years and I never really walked around the neighborhood before. It was nice. My husband and I were checking out people's landscaping and getting ideas for things we want to do to our front and backyard.
My daughter decided to go to school. She said she was feeling better but was just tired. I am happy the Tylenol helped. I really hate when she is not feeling well because I feel helpless.
I just finished cutting up some carrots and celery. I also put 3 chicken breasts and some tomatoe sauce I made last year from my garden in my crock pot. I added some celery, carrots and red pepper flakes. I love everything hot! I am probably going to throw in some spinach at the end. I told my hubby that I have to mix it up this time with the way I eat. Everytime I started eating healthy I would get into a rut and eat the same things and got bored really fast.
I can't believe that this is my second entry today. I am trying to keep busy and not think about eating so much. I guess I will go get my sheets and pillowcases out of the dryer and make all 3 beds. I have a few others things around the house I like to do on Mondays.

When I was able to walk for extended periods of time, I loved to take long walks. It made me feel so good! :-)

Glad your baby girl is feeling better.....it's never easy to see them sick! I think it's so awesome that you & hubby are in this health journey together.......it's always better with two (or so Pooh says!)
