Happy Easter

I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Easter. My hubby had to work until 2:30. We had a nice quiet dinner at 5:30. I made a roast with mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, broccoli, mushrooms and biscuits. I am so ready for bed now but I am going to wait because if I go to bed this early I will be up 4 am.

My daughter and I are going shopping for 2 dresses. One for class night and one for graduation. I can't believe she is graduating 8th grade. Time sure does fly. I am probably going to have her 14th birthday party and graduation party together. She graduates May 22nd and her birthday is June 1st. We are probably going to have the party at my sister-in-laws trailer park. They have 2 big pools and horseback riding. We may even have a sleepover in tents. It sounds like fun.

I have been feeling a lot better lately. I am still pretty down about my weight but I know eventually I will get my mind back into it.

Well, I have a big day tomorrow at the mall and to finish planting all my vegetable and flower seeds indoors. I already have my chili peppers sprouting up so I thought I would try to start a lot of my plants from seed.

Your honey and my honey are always working.....even the holidays huh lol(mine tries to get all the holiday pay he can)
That birthday sounds like fun and yes, time does fly by too damn fast. My oldest has already ordered her class ring(a lot more holidays to work now hehehe)
I hope you start journaling more and posting pics of your garden.....I am dying to get out in my yard and grow!
The weight thing has got me way down in the dumps, but I made a spur of the moment decision late last night that I am starting from fresh TODAY*, nothing BIG, but just doing my "dreadmill" and making better choices. I not only fell off the wagon, I got my butt ran over too.

I'm glad you had a great Easter! It sounds like you are in for some special time with your daughter....first the shopping and then the parties! Cherish each moment....before you know it, she will be all grown up. These are years to treasure.

Pooh Hugs,
